My Nutrition Journey
I’ve always believed that what we eat shapes how we feel — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. My approach to nutrition is rooted in simplicity, balance, and tuning in to what really fuels your body (and life). Here’s how it all started…
Picture this: it’s 1994, I’m 15, and I’m glued to afternoon fitness shows (Tony Little, anyone?).
Fast forward a few years — I’m certified, teaching kickboxing, step, and floor aerobics. My body felt strong, and helping others feel that way? Even better.
After 20+ years in the wellness world, I took a detour to help my husband grow our family business. Now that it’s thriving, I’m back doing what I love most — helping people like you move, eat, and live better.
What I’m About & My Approach
I keep it simple (not always easy), but always doable.
My method is about support, fun, and real-life results — no pressure, no perfection, just progress.

Life Behind the Scenes
I’m based in Portland (PDX!), where I share life with my husband and our doodle, Finley. You’ll find us walking trails, dreaming up wellness tools, or packing mailboxes from our other biz!

• I always have Trader Joe’s dark chocolate covered espresso beans on my desk
• I’m obsessed with all things doodle-related
• We also have two cats: Phoebe and Floppy
